Radikal protein tau kemudian berhimpun menjadi filamen PH di dalam [[soma]].&lt;br /&gt;

Hiperfosforilasi terjadi karena terjadi kerusakan transduksi sinyal seluler yang disebabkan oleh tid  ak seimbangnya aktivitas [[protein]] dari beberapa [[enzim]] [[fosfatase]] dan [[kinase]], seperti &amp;#039;&amp;#039;calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;[[glycogen synthase kinase-3beta]]&amp;#039;&amp;#039; dan &amp;#039;&amp;#039;cyclin-dependent protein kinase 5&amp;#039;&amp;#039;. Proses kimiawi ini dapat diredam dengan meningkatkan aktivitas [[enzim]] [[fosfoseril protein fosfatase]] dan [[fosfotreonil protein fosfatase]].&lt;br /&gt;
