SnatchBot membantu pengguna membuat bot untuk Facebook Messenger, Skype, Slack, SMS, Twitter, dan platform jejaring sosial lainnya.[4][5][6]SnatchBot juga memberikan model Pemrosesan bahasa alami gratis.[7]Dikombinasikan dengan alat-alat Pemelajaran mesin perusahaan, platform ini memungkinkan pembuatan chatbot yang dapat menganalisis tujuan pengguna.[8]
