Karavilosida adalah beberapa glikosida triterpenoid kukurbitana terkait yang ditemukan dalam pare (Momordica charantia).[1][2][3] Anggotanya termasuk:

Karavilosida I, II, dan III dapat diekstrak dari buah pare dengan metanol.[10][11] Karavilosida III, V, dan XI dapat diekstrak dari akar pare dengan metanol.[12]
