Silikon (14Si) memiliki 23 isotop yang diketahui, dengan nomor massa berkisar antara 22 hingga 44. 28Si (isotop yang paling melimpah, pada 92,23%), 29Si (4,67%), dan 30Si (3,1%) adalah isotop stabil. Radioisotop yang berumur paling panjang adalah 32Si, yang dihasilkan oleh spalasi sinar kosmik argon. Waktu paruhnya telah ditentukan menjadi sekitar 150 tahun (dengan energi peluruhan 0,21 MeV), dan ia meluruh melalui emisi beta menjadi 32P (yang memiliki waktu paruh 14,28 hari) dan kemudian menjadi 32S.
