Perangkat lunak SnatchBot adalah alat pembuat chatbot berbasis awan yang gratis dan didesain untuk jejaring sosial.[1][2][3]
Sejarah
Didirikan pada tahun 2015 oleh Henri Ben Ezra dan Avi Ben Ezra, SnatchBot adalah salah satu perusahaan teknologi baru yang muncul dari Herzliyya Pituach di Israel.[4][5] Pada Juli 2017, Snatchbot mensponsori Chatbot Summit yang diadakan di Berlin, Jerman.[6]Pada Desember 2017, lebih dari 30 juta pengguna akhir telah terlibat dalam pembuatan chatbot di platform SnatchBot.[7]
Layanan
SnatchBot membantu pengguna membuat bot untuk Facebook Messenger, Skype, Slack, SMS, Twitter, dan platform jejaring sosial lainnya.[8][9][10]SnatchBot juga memberikan model Pemrosesan bahasa alami gratis.[11]Dikombinasikan dengan alat-alat Pemelajaran mesin perusahaan, platform ini memungkinkan pembuatan chatbot yang dapat menganalisis tujuan pengguna.[12]
