Platina (78Pt) yang terbentuk secara alami terdiri dari lima isotop stabil (192Pt, 194Pt, 195Pt, 196Pt, 198Pt) dan satu radioisotop sangat berumur panjang (190Pt, waktu paruhnya 6,50 tahun). Ada juga 34 radioisotop sintetis yang diketahui, yang berumur paling panjang adalah 193Pt dengan waktu paruh 50 tahun. Semua isotop lain memiliki waktu paruh di bawah satu tahun, sebagian besar di bawah satu hari. Semua isotop platinium bersifat radioaktif atau stabil secara pengamatan, artinya mereka diprediksi radioaktif tetapi tidak ada peluruhan aktual yang teramati.
