Rodium (45Rh) yang terbentuk secara alami hanya terdiri dari satu isotop stabil, 103Rh; oleh karena itu, rodium adalah unsur monoisotop dan mononuklida.[1] Radioisotop yang paling stabil adalah 101Rh dengan waktu paruh 3,3 tahun, 102Rh dengan waktu paruh 207 hari, dan 99Rh dengan waktu paruh 16,1 hari. Tiga puluh radioisotop lainnya telah dikarakterisasi dengan berat atom berkisar antara 88,949 u (89Rh) hingga 121,943 u (122Rh). Sebagian besar memiliki waktu paruh yang kurang dari satu jam kecuali 100Rh (waktu paruh: 20,8 jam) dan 105Rh (waktu paruh: 35,36 jam). Ada juga beberapa keadaan meta dengan yang paling stabil adalah 102mRh (0,141 MeV) dengan waktu paruh sekitar 3,7 tahun dan 101mRh (0,157 MeV) dengan waktu paruh 4,34 hari.

Mode peluruhan utama sebelum satu-satunya isotop stabil, 103Rh, adalah penangkapan elektron dan mode utama sesudahnya adalah emisi beta. Produk peluruhan utama sebelum 103Rh adalah rutenium dan produk utama sesudahnya adalah paladium.
