Einsteinium (99Es) adalah sebuah unsur buatan, sehingga berat atom standarnya tidak dapat diberikan. Seperti semua unsur buatan, ia tidak memiliki satu pun isotop stabil. Isotop pertama yang ditemukan (dalam luruhan nuklir dari pengujian bom H Ivy Mike) adalah 253Es pada tahun 1952. Ada 18 radioisotop yang diketahui, mulai dari 240Es hingga 257Es, dan 3 isomer nuklir (250mEs, 254mEs, dan 256mEs). Isotop yang berumur paling panjang adalah 252Es dengan waktu paruh 471,7 hari, atau sekitar 1,293 tahun.
