Serigala dalam heraldik
Serigala telah banyak dipakai dalam banyak bentuk dalam heraldik pada Abad Pertengahan. Meskipun umum dianggap sebagai predator hewan ternak dan penyantap manusia, serigala juga dianggap sebagai hewan bangsawan dan berani, dan seringkali tampil pada lambang sejumlah keluarga bangsawan.
