Indium (49In) terdiri dari dua nuklida primordial, dengan yang paling umum (~ 95,7%), 115In, terukur memiliki radioaktivitas meskipun lemah. Peluruhan spin-terlarangnya memiliki waktu paruh 4,41 tahun.
Isotop yang stabil, 113In, hanya 4,3% dari total indium alami.
